Cricket Club Events

Saturday 2nd October 2010 – NatWest CricketForce Improvements Day.
 Occurring twice a year, the CricketForce weekend, sponsored by NatWest, is designed specifically to get cricket clubs up and down the country to get organised and carry out the jobs that need doing around the ground, eg, weeding, strimming grass, sanding / painting, pruning trees, laying paths, etc.

Whilst primarily aimed at club  members, CricketForce wholeheartedly encourages non-members to get involved so the Community spirit is developed, so with this in mind it would be great to see people from the village helping out down at the ground.  Free T-shirts will be issued to all persons assisting and free drinks and a free BBQ will be available (and maybe a few beers).

 Saturday 6th November 2010 – HCC Annual Free Bonfire & Fireworks Night

This is the Annual free event for all of the community – the bonfire will be lit at 6:30pm and the fireworks set off at 7:00p.

An optional collection to to raise funds for the Cricket Club will be made during the event so fill your pockets with your loose change.
