a 125 year lease on the site and early 19th century buildings of
Sharpe's Pottery in the conservation area of Swadlincote, South
Derbyshire, England. A sensitive conversion is planned to develop
Sharpe's Resource Centre where people can explore the rich industrial
and cultural heritage of the area.
